American Revolution
The American Crisis (sometimes referred to as “The Crisis”) are a series of inspiring pro-American independence-from-Britain pamphlets published between 1776 and 1783. The pamphlets were authored by 18th century Enlightenment philosopher, journalist, and author Thomas Paine under one of his often used pseudonyms, “Common Sense”.
